What does it feel like when you are full? I am now 6 weeks out and it seems to be an actual PAIN feeling? Is this correct?

I know what you mean!im 2 weeks post op and in not sure exactly what it feels like to be full...I usually just stop when my body doesn't desire anymore but "full" I have felt...hmm

My NUT described it as a tight feeling at the base of your sternum, or ribcage. She was right, after she shed light on that feeling, I waited for it, felt it, stopped eating and it saved me from taking that extra bite that can cause the pain.

My NUT said I wouldn't get the complete sensation until I started more solid foods. I would now describe it as a tightness in the chest.
