Insurance Application Advice, Please!

I am about to send in my application to my insurance. Anyone have advice for anything that I can add or do to better my chances? I am concerned because I do have high cholesterol documented by my doctor but don't have another and my bmi is under 40, I have lower back pain and a disk issue, should I try to get this documented by a doctor before I send in the app? Will a chiropractor do or should I see someone else? Thanks! I am so nervous and exited to get this process started!

Yes, I would get it documented. As far as a using a chiropractor to do this, only if your insurance co. covers chiropractor visits. If hey don't then, they likely won't consider their opinion.
