Can't Get Protein In

Im 4 days post op and i cant get anymore then 10g of protein in a day. And on top of that only around 20 oz of liquids total. Am i going to get sick? I know i will be able to do better when i can add protein shakes with milk, which is on Monday. I think its hard for me because i cant get use to the clear protein drinks. Ive always had a hard time with them. The chocolate protein shakes were never a problem for me so im looking foward to that. Anybody else struggling this bad with protein intake?

The standard consensus is:

Don't worry about protien early on. Yes, it is important. But hydration is your first priority right now.

Many people have problems getting enough the first week or 2. This is completely normal and should get a bit better everyday.
