Portion Control

im almost 8 months post op & i am able to consume 5-6oz of food in one sitting. i usually eat chicken breast with corn. i know corn isnt too heavy so it may have to do with why im consuming that much.

is that a good sized portion?

how much do you consume in one sitting?

I eat about 2.5-2.8 oz of dense protein and maybe 1/4 cup of vegetable. I don't eat corn very often. I mostly eat fresh tomatoes, squash, spinach, cauliflower. I think that comes out pretty close to what you're having.
