Mornings Ugh!

Does anyone else feel sick in the morning? I can't even think about an egg and brushing my teeth even makes me want to hurl! I hate this feeling, I've had 4 kids and never had morning sickness! Is there a remedy for this?

I used to, yes. Then someone gave me some great advice.... You need to drink more before you go to bed. The start of dehydration can make you queezy. Once I started making sure I got extra fluids before I went to bed, not again since. I hope this helps.
