I had my sleeve back in October, down in San Deigo' at Pacific Bariatic. My surgeon was Janos Taller. He did a really good job.

My problem is that i've only lost 40 lbs. I've been stuck there for 3 or 4 months. I lost 14 lbs. before surgery, and 26 since.

I'm sure there must be something wrong!.My middle still holds a lot of weight. I've been told I should get down to 132. I don't know how to do that!

Can someone out there help me?

Are you on my fitness pal or do you have some other method of tracking your food. I would say that is a very big important step to great success. Ideally you should be consuming 60g a day of protein. What kind of foods are you eating??
