I am doing high protein/ low carb as my choice right now. Not sure what your preop diet is but if you are getting enough Protein and are lucky enough to be in ketosis at the time, you will be fine. I have had a few days in the past few weeks that I will eat at say 6-7 one night and not even be hungry at all until 3-4 the next afternoon. I still drink tons of Water though. You won't be dehydrated with the IV fluids you will get.

You can do it!

You will be fine :) there are lots of people on here who have been 13th on there surgeons list for the day. Try not to worry!!! :)))
