So Hungry!

Ok Im 4 weeks post op but I feel so hungry. This.morning I had a protein shake and a piece of cheese for breakfast and within 2 hours I was hungry. Its not head hunger or acid.. I'm eating tums all day and I seriously feel starving. Someone help

Try this: Take a Soup, I recommend something like V8 cambells golden butternut, and a roast beef of some kind - a little fatty BUT we are going for easy on the tummy since you are only 4 weeks out.

Blend well, and have small, timed sips - this should take at least 1/2 hour. Stop if you feel full. Time how long till you feel the feeling.

Well, it stops there for now, because that determines alot...message me if you do this and let me know how it went. Sorry I have to be brief but at work and headed into a meeting :(
