I haven't posted in a while. I was sleeved on Jan 30th 2012 by Dr. Garcia in Mexico. I've lost 60 pounds so far and I've hit many stalls, especially when it is that time of the month. I go up 5-6 pounds and then go back down, never breaking over 60 pounds. my hair is thinning even though I take all of my Vitamins and buy good hair products. I drink a Protein shake every day for Breakfast, but usually eat a small meal for lunch and dinner. I am glad that I am making progress even though I have a long way to go. I need to lose about 140 more pounds to be at a comfortable weight.
I know we are all different, but I wonder if I am on target. I wonder if I am the norm. I will be 6 months out on July 30th.
