2 Days Post Op

Hi I am two days post op and very tired and a little sore. I don't know what to do with myself. I feel weird, I am going thru all of these changes, inwardly, but outwardly I look the same. I know I have plenty of changes to experience. Unos do I cope with them?

The most important thing you have to cope with right now is healing. For a full week post op, I tried to drink as much of my protein as I could, sleep, read, walk, sleep, watch TV, more protein, walk and sleep. The rest will come in plenty of time. This forum and my doctor's instructions got me through.
