  1. I completely get how you feel. I felt like that six days ago. I was in my gown and listening to post op advice. Then I became so overwhelmed with what its that I wanted to run. Breathe, its only a temporary feeling. You will get thru the next few days by breathing nice deep breaths in and out. This is a great time to start!
  2. Hi I am two days post op and very tired and a little sore. I don't know what to do with myself. I feel weird, I am going thru all of these changes, inwardly, but outwardly I look the same. I know I have plenty of changes to experience. Unos do I cope with them?
