Hi everyone! :-)

I just started drinking premier shakes to up my Protein and I am wondering if they are considered as part of liquids or a Meal Replacement? I asked my surgeon but he said not to worry about drinking Protein drinks. I decided that I do want to drink them but I don't know how to track them.

please help!

They are also considered liquids. So you can get your protein in as well as the 10 or so oz of liquids added to your daily total.
