I learned (in response to a similar post I made just today!) that it is the result of ketosis. Unpleasant, but it means we are burning the fat, and that's the goal!

You might be in Ketosis, it causes you to have bad breath and a weird taste in your mouth.

I never had this issue I think it cause I also gave cotton mouth from the pain meds I'm brushing and scrubbing my face after ever Protein shake

try scraping your tongue. its probably ketosis causing it - it DOES pass though when your body is acclimated.

Yeah, had a BUNCH in my brush this morning! I lost a bunch a few years ago when I lost weight, but thankfully it grew back.

I use this mouthwash from the drugstore called therabreath. It's AMAZING!!! Can't live without it! Squashes bad breath for 12 hours

The hair DOES grow back. Taking Biotin helps with that, too. As for the mouthwash, I use Closys. My dentist recommended it.
