Books

Anyone know of any good books to help me through this? Short bio, sleeved a week ago today, wish I never did it, hate sugar free crap, can't even think about broth without gagging, wish I never did this. I know I can't turn back the clock but I have to find a way to go forward

I read a sleeved life on my kindle. It is a short read but written by a sleever. Hang in there and try to picture where you will be in 6 months.
