Feel Like Nothing Is Digesting Today

Today I feel like nothing is going anywhere. I feel like its all just sitting like a rock in my stomach. I've had a container of yogurt and a half cup of soup today. Any ideas?

    Well this sounds like a dilemma. Has it been 30 minutes so you can drink some water to get it moving? Drink lots of fluid. It will move. :)
