9 Weeks Out

Is it normal to be at a stall at around this time after surgery? I lost my job on the 22nd and I feel like since then I have at a stall. Could stress cause a stall? Just curious....

Stress can definitely wreak havoc on your body! I would say it could definitely be a contributing factor to your stall. Also, short stalls are fairly normal from what I understand and of course it depends on what you're eating as well. Sometimes I don't lose for a few days and then one day it will be a bigger loss. Good luck with everything!

Stress, heat, lots of things can contribute to a stall. Not getting enough Water in.

I didn't get the 3 week stall and on Monday it will be 5 weeks and I'm having a little stall.

I didn't get the 3 week stall either. I live in La and it is HOTT and HUMID right now, and I haven't been getting enough water in probably. My goal is to refocus on my sleeve, I've kinda been wrapped up with other things. Wish me luck!
