Great Day

March 26th was my surgery date. And my starting weight was 441 and today I am down to 340. I have staying away from the scale and today I have officially became addicted to it. I never would've thought I woulda lost a little over 100lbs in just over 3 months. 5 days of Cardio and weight training have kept me away from saggy skin. Unbelievable.

I'm hearing a lot of positive and negative things mostly positive. Those negative comments are you didn't have to lose weight or I believe he is on drugs lol. Most comments people make is that I have inspired them to lose weight and eat more healthier. I wouldn't change one moment.
