I'm sure many of us who have been on diets before have always heard not to eat after 7pm or 2 hours before you go to bed, etc. Has your doctor mentioned anything like this regarding your post-op eating habits? I just started purees yesterday and today I ate around 1pm, sipped on a protein drink all day, ate a SF popsicle and didn't feel the least bit hungry until after 9pm. I went ahead and ate since I hadn't had much all day. But do you think this is ok to do? Or do you still live by some of the "old" dieting rules? Obviously it was more than 2 hours before bed since I'm a summer night owl (teacher).
