I couldn't eat chicken at all until the last few weeks and I am almost 4 months out. Even a small bite would make me feel overly full and in pain.

Doc said I could eat chicken and meatloaf but chew chew chew

I'm 4 weeks postop and my sleeve isn't a big fan of chicken. It is uncomfortable going down!

It is definitely a learning process to figure our when our body says "stop, you are full". I've pretty much figured out my signal. Tonight, I ate out for the first time. I was so busy chatting with my sister, that I missed that signal and I overate a bit. I didn't get sick, but I felt abnormally uncomfortable.

I'am 9 weeks out and my sleeve does not like chicken or hamburger have tried several times but after one bite start to feel sick.
