Measurements

So I intend on taking measurements to document my progress prior to surgery and thereafter. My questions are-- how often are you or do you measure and what areas do you keep record of?

I try to do mine on or about once a month, usually around my surgery Anniversery.

I measure once a month, on the 24th (the day I had surgery and did my first set of measurements). I measure my neck, bust, waist, hips, thighs, calves, upper arms, and lower arms. I have lost 72 inches total in the past 10 months!!!

Good luck to you!

Most people do it every month. I do mine every week. I do my neck, both biceps, my bust (the middle of my breasts), chest (under my breasts), waist, hips, and both thighs. I would definitely suggest at least your bust/chest, waist & hips.

I didn't. I get tshirts and watch them get too big, lol. All of my weight was in my belly and arms, so it works out!
