The shakes are not bad at all, but here at the end of the day I've got a huge migraine and nausea. Is this normal? Could it be something else? Any thoughts are very much appreciated!

    I started my pre-op diet yesterday. Went to bed with the worst headache. It is probably just part of the body's withdrawal process. I feel better today. Hope you feel better soon!
