I haven't used them since surgery, but I love Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds DVDs.

I do exercise videos at home a lot. I love all the Jillian Michaels workout videos. The TurboJam videos by Chalene Johnson are all very good. I have a couple kettle bell videos that are really good. I highly suggest doing kettle bell work outs = great all over workout! All the Karen Voight workout videos are great. Any of the Barre Method videos are good. Lot's of great workouts on video out there. Let me know if you have any particular questions.

I have these but I would like something new.

I'm using Kathy Smith's Beach Body DVD's

I have 5 in the series. They are kinda 2005, maybe even 2006... But they worked for me back then, so they are working pretty good again!

Major inches falling off and decent muscle tone,

I'm knocking on the door of 50 pounds gone, in 2 months. Not shabby! Only a few more pounds to hit just "overweight", Ha

I'll take it!

I have been using all work at home videos plus time in the gym. I have two that I particularly like.

1) Leslie Sansone's 5 Really Big Miles - 75 minutes. This is the first video of hers that I have found actually challenges me. It uses a toning band for two of the miles and has 4 miles at 4 mph and one at 5mph. I love these because when I walk on my own I tend to not walk as fast and she keeps me moving. In this video there is actually some "boosted" walking that is much faster and more intense than most of her other videos.

2) Biggest Loser Calorie Knockout. This has three workouts plus a warm-up and cool down. I love this and it has really helped me get motivated.

I do the Zumba DVD's, Hip Hop Abs with Shawn T, Fit to Firm which is a great interval training DVD, Hula Cardio, and Leslie Sansone 4 mile walk DVD. I've been looking for other options. Thanks for the suggestions.

I'm doing ChaLEAN Extreme. If you click on this link https://www.teambeachbody.com/signup/-/signup/free?referring you can sign up for free and view all the workout programs.

I like Gunnar Peterson's Core Secrets DVDs. He uses a stability ball and dumbells. They are kinda old but very effective. He trains celebrities. You don't feel like you are doing much cardio-wise, but I wear my heart rate monitor and my HR gets pretty high. Since they are old you should be able to get them very cheap now. I really want to focus on toning so I'm not left flabby. I started with 5 lb weights and am already up to 7.5 lbs after two weeks.
