I'm on a low carb, low fat diet. I drink water and sugar free drinks. For exercise I walk. I do not eat meals after 6pm, only snacks such as yogurt or jello.

Thanks, I will try incorporating more protein in my diet. It's definitely worth a try.

I lost 37 pounds pre op doing slim fast shakes for breakfast and lunch....500 calories or less for dinner, and 3-100 calorie snacks in between each meal time. good luck!

Sign up for myfitnesspal.com and try to get in 80 grams of Protein - stay around 800 calories, and about 45 grams of carbs. Please remember 64 ounces of Water a day.

I lost 70 in 7 months during the pre-approval phase.
