I have some scars I want fixed (didnt even know it was possible) and I want to call to see if my insurance would cover it which I doubt, but still want to find out.

The CPT code for the surgery depends on where the scars are. You can Google "CPT code scar revision __________ (location)" and get the codes. If it is only cosmetic, insurance companies usually won't cover them. However, if they are causing problems like pain because say your bra strap rubs on them, you have a better shot of getting them covered.
