I'm venturing out to eat this weekend - think we're going to try Mexican, since I know I can have refried beans.

Cool looking forward what phase are you on I start phase 2 on Tue i can't wait

Yes, we go out to eat all the time. I'm going on 2 years post op so I'm way ahead of ya, but I think we started eating out at restaurants around 2-3 months out. Granted I couldn't eat but a few bites, but I have to say each one was worth the wait. :)

Subway- only the meat and veggies from a kids size sandwich-

Vietnamese - their soup called Pho- pronounced fuh- with no noodles- so good.

No greasy places for me- just healthy stuff to keep me on track so far :)

I just went out this past week. We all went to Olive Garden and I got this amazing meal Some citrus shrimp meal. I ate just the shrimp and a little salad. I made like 5 meals out of my leftovers.
