I was just wondering, for those of you who use My Fitness Pal on a daily basis, what percentage of your daily nutrition has been Protein? Also, I know that too much of fat and carbs are "BAD", but if those make up 2/3 of the whole day, which one is worse to have more of? I try to keep my protein at least around 20%, but it make me cringe to see the carbs percentage. I might add that I set my calorie goal to 800 cal a day.
