Hungry All Day?

I will be six weeks post op. I was told to up my exercise, so yesterday morning i was at the gym at 5am. I used to love going to the gym in the mornings. So after nice cardio workout i was hungry all day, so it felt like. I went home and had an unjury shake, but felt hungry really all day? Today i didnt do the gym in the am, i havent been hungry. Any ideas?

Hi...I'm 6 weeks post op as well....5/10 surgery date. What's your carb intake? If you suddenly started working out and weren't used to it, your body may be screaming for some carbs. Look for some low GI fruits and veggies to eat before you workout to help you.

Thank you, my sleeve was May 10th as well! So maybe a little food before the gym? Ive been walking, my doc told me up it some! I feel like a kid relearning everything all over again!

Yeah definitely a little something before you workout, even walking. A few carbs before and protein after is what I do.

Don't forget to take your Prilosac! That will help with the stomach acid that causes hunger!
