Last Minute Lunch

I was running late on my way to work and didn't have time to put together a decent lunch for myself. So I found myself wandering around my local Hen House trying to decide what to eat.

Here's what I ended up with... Sliced provolone cheese, sliced deli ham, and some Wholly Guacamole. High Protein, low carb, and some healthy fats thrown in for good measure!

Anyone else have an odd last minute meal they came up with?

Also, I have no idea why my phone won't post pics correctly...

I think that sounds delicious! I love guacamole! :)

I love piecing meals together! One of my fav things to do is go to Central Market and do the "free samples lunch" lol.

That looks so yummy! I love guacamole, but Ive tried so many pre-made kind that I hated, I think I'll try this brand out this week, I hope I like it.

It's still no where near as tasty as fresh made guac. But I wanted to choose something other than salad dressing to go on my meat & cheese. I thought about just doing a plain avocado...but I thought it might be too messy to cut up at work.

YUMMO Central market's fresh guacamole is better than homemade!
