Low Blood Sugar

I'm pretty sure i have low blood sugar, have all the symptoms and haven't eaten much. I'm about 4 weeks out and on soft foods. Anyone else experience it, and if so any tips on what to eat?

unfortunately i haved/had high blood sugar / diabetes - so i deal with my PHP - you need to check it out also.
