So question. I know there are stalls. I fall into them all the dang time. But why do I lose 4lbs and then stall for 2 weeks. Lose 2lbs and stall for 2 weeks. It's getting frustrating. I can't guarantee that when I lose weight, it's going to continue. And before anyone asks, I work out 5 days a week for an hour, hour and a half, I get all my protein in daily and I drink all my water 64oz or more and my calories are around 500-600 which my doc says is fine. I know I'm not doing anything wrong just wondering why this happens. I'm 9 weeks out and down 36lbs.
