Yes, yes, yes! I just went through this. It was waking me up and killing me!! I had been taking 20 mg of prilosec 2x/day. They had me double the dose to 40 mg 2x/day, and that solved the problem. I didn't have reflux before surgery, so I didn't know what the heck was going on. It was reflux. I was sleeved on 4/23.

O thank you!! I was starting to worry about leaks or ulcers!!! Guess I just need to up my meds!!! It has been bad all day I just keep eating popsicles it helps a lil

Yes I have reflux very bad also. Even just drinking water. It is getting better but I have to take Mylantic to coat my throat and also other reflux fighters.

Yep - that's acid reflux. I have been battleing it for a few years but am hoping the hernia repair that I'm having during surgery quiets it down, other wise I'm sure will be upping my dose of Omeprazole.

re flux and try to start taking something as chronic acid re flux can cause cancer in your esophagus.
