Need Some Advice... Please!

Hi everyone. I had my sleeve on 03/01/2012. My HW was 228, SW was 209, and my current weight is 155. The weight is falling off and I feel fantastic. I love my sleeve. I have no hunger. because of that I don't eat like I should I was maintaining around 300 to 400 calories per day but now I am swimming and jogging daily I am constantly showing negative calorie count for the day on myfitnesspal. I weigh and measure so yes I am sure the numbers are right. I don't want to eat so much my weight loss slows but I think it would come off faster and be healthier to eat more. I just don't want to get in the habit of eating if I am not hungry. Is anyone else dealing with this? Please don't think I am complaining. I am super happy with my progress. :)

I think you should get in the habbit of eating regular meals, with the exception of being much smaller. You certainly don't want to starve yourself, which sounds like you may be doing now.

I agree with sleeve guru hope you are getting your protein and taking vitamins. Sounds like you are doing good! Congrats.
