Before And After Photos

Had my sleeve Feb 2010. Haven't been on the site in a long time. Thought I would post some pics. It's been a little over 2 years. Lost 70 pounds.post-47230-13813669615795_thumb.jpgpost-47230-13813669616527_thumb.jpg

Thanks ya'll! To be honest I need to lose another 30 lbs to be at my ideal weight. Truth is I got pretty satisfied at current weight. In a size 8 jean, etc. However, my BMI is still "overweight". Soooooo....... I started the 5-day pouch test yesterday and got back on this forum. I'm afraid I got to the point that I ate anything I wanted and told myself I just couldn't eat as much. True, but began to creep up just a couple of pounds. So I have restarted and feel good about it.:)

hey Grateful Heart

congrats on your great accomplishment :)

i'm always excited to see how people that have been sleeved for over one year are faring. Thanx for sharing your story.

Being a size 8, is terrific (i can't wait til i get there) - no matter what the stupid BMI chart says, you look great ;)

You look fabulous

Keep on keepon

My PCP told me that it is a misnomer that we can eat anything we want bc we are eating smaller portions. It was also proven by my A1C climbing again after eating small amounts of candy. So I know that I need to eat healthy in order to maintain my health and weight and that means, lean, low fat, lots of veggie way of eating. And this is for life. Yep! I have a life sentence on me. I do love my skinniness! ;)
