Too Much Sun

So me and my family went to a cookout and swimming today and being out in the heat (I live in Louisiana) was more difficult than I imagined. I have a headache and I've had one all day. I did get sunburned and I tried to drink as much as possible but I just feel like the sun was too draining.

On another note, I wasn't at all hungry! I was the only sober person there lol (I was sleeved on May1st). :)

    Yea even though you tried to drink as much as possible, that all points to dehydration, just keep an eye on it :)
