One of my co workers tried the insanity and said that it kicked her butt!!

:) that's what I want I'm thinking six day a week workout:

Mon- cardio

T-arms upper body

W- cardio

Th-legs lower body

F- cardio

S- insanity/ p90x

I own P90X and was able to do some of it when I was chunky. It does kick you butt, however you see result pretty darn quickly. You will feel sore all the time which is a bummer. Good luck.
