Ok so yesterday I was at home and became bored my son was with my mom. I attempted to eat a bite size pizza. With cheese an tomato sauce, it hurt really bad an now I'm afraid I have stretched my stomach but I feel fine today I'm just scared to eat. Or drink for that matter. It's only been a week it's a lesson learned I just had to try it out :-(

Well weighed in today I'm at 265 hopefully by the 4th i'll be 245 :-) starting my mile walk in the morning hopefully I'll do two

So next week I get to add my protein in I haven't started so I know nothing about it. I've been reading blogs and see cookiesn cream what about the Naked protein or the body by vi are those good. Please help I also asked about Whey my protein was low before surgery so I need to get it going.

Only a week today its a issue that I'm still working on but now that I know how much it hurts I'm taking control over ME I'm not going to let food rule my LIFE regardless of what's going on family members would love to see my stay fat but I'm ready for the life I had in high school again. My family will no longer have control over me and I not going to run to eating when things get ruff

Well its makes a week today for me an I gave in lastnight to a bite size cheese pizza one I could fit in my palm. Boyyyyy did it hurt, today's a brand new day an in back to new well in really scared to eat or sip so tomorrow will be a great day. I can't let the head get to me an neither do you all. I've learned my lesson an yeah I knew it would hurt we all know that just did know how bad :-(

Thanks everyone for all the advice the slap on the hand worked today while getting my son food in the grocery store. Straight an narrow it is no more crazy stuff for me. Thanks for all your support

I was sleeved may 30th Before surgery 283 As of yesterday 271 :-)

So I'm 25 going on 26 7-28 :-) I'm a single parent of a little boy who is 18 going on 19 months an he has been walking since 9mths so he jumps run the works for a little boy omg. He's so use to me picking him up an showing him that love he cries a lot of times he's also 33 pounds sound lead heheheheh :-). Thankful I'm at my dads but tomorrow we are going home. Get help, I didn't hurt at all after surgery I felt great but getting him in an out the car seat and giving him baths we can't do picking him up bc he's sleepy I can't do. If you can get help get it bc this is temporary you don't want to hurt the rest your life bc you didn't allow yourself to heal :-) congrats hun oh yeah my surgery weight was 283 I'm now 271 as of yesterday :-) can't wait to start working out

Well I decided to weigh today just curious about my weight I'm down 12 pounds so I'm 271 now:-) so by the 4th hopefully I'll be down to at least 257-255 that would be super nice I'm getting a lot of walking in plus I have a 18month old boy

So I had my surgery on the 30th an then I'm told while SUPER drugged that while having intercourse I need to use 2 forms of bc what the French... So what are u ladies using

Oh ok no this wasn't even mentioned well that makes sense :-( I hate bc depo had me crazy implanon did me the same Nuvring horrid, yaz I'm scared of

Karen I had my surgery on the 30th of may are u able to find it at Walmart or target I'm in AL :-( so I don't think there's a Costco's in my area

So the body by vi is good to use
