If you do a search in the forum, you'll find an "official" MFP thread with tons of people's names. I'm mygastricsleevelife there too.

I have been logging on MFP for a couple weeks. Love it! But, can someone tell me how the "friends" work ? I log intomfood diary, exercise... Dont understand how " friends " fit into it? Thanks for any

Arrrgh sorry! I was trying to correct the typo and hit send. Anyway, thank you for any info!!

If you have friends, you can see status updates they post & some people make their food diary public or just for friends to see & it's nice seeing what other people eat. It's a way to encourage each other. If you go to Community, then the sub menu of Find Members, you can add people by their username.

Thanks so much!! I have been wondering that same thing!!

I would love to see what other people like to eat.

Below is my information for myfitnesspal and fitbit. Hook up with me!

Ok thank you for the info. I will find friends after surgery...right now i am trying to follow the "nutritionally balanced eating plan" as set forth a month ago at the NUT seminar. So compared to the Sleevers, i eat a lot during the day. I go Fri for 1:1 nut appt. Hope i have lost wt!!! Even though they didnt say u had to.

U can add me dorrierobles2003@yahoo.com
