Tired

Ive been getting up around 8am everyday. I eat breakfast, exercise, eat lunch, pack my supper, and get ready for work. I work from 2:30pm-11:00pm and by 7:30 Im exhausted. What can I do to get some more energy?

honestly, I havent had my surgery yet but my close friend said she has to drink protein drinks constantly thru the day, otherwise she's pooped. She started using the body by vi shake mix bc it is the only one that gives her energy and she says tastes good, when shes at my house shes always got her shaker cup and her shake mix and a different flavor packet of sugarfree pudding mix. i asked her what the pudding mix was for and she told me that she puts a little in with her vi shake and gets a different flavor every day...so I thought I'd pass that along
