Holy cow I can't believe it. Hardly any exercise even though I joined a gym :)

I'd like to see 200. But I think the sedentary life is over for me. I used to have a hard time breathing walking up stairs. Now I breathe fine but my legs feel like bricks!!!!!! Will the bricks go away if I exercise?

Yes, Stevie, once you start exercising, that heaviness will go away. I have a lot more "pep in my step" these days! :D

Sleeved on 4/26

Starting weight: 217.

Current weight: 183.

I'm in the same boat. 4/18. I've lost 28 pounds. On an almost 3 week stall. We'll make it. Just gotta be patient. We didn't gain it all quickly...

I am with you ladies.... 3 almost 4 weeks on a stall... So frustrating

2 week stall and lil sad but not discouraged starting weight 334, current weight 304. I thought I would be out of the 300's by now. Ideally we all know what we need to do water, exercise, protein so lets do this...What proteins is everyone drinking? What types and flavors have you tried?

Surgery April 30th

Starting weight: 240

Today's weight: 202

Sleeved 4/2

I am loving my transformation! Would do it all over agian!

I was sleeved April 23 and I am down about 40 pounds. I wish I felt good about it but I seem to have stalled at about 40 pounds now. I feel like I should have lost more by now. By surgey date I had already lost about 20 pounds so I feel like my post-op weight loss has been very slow.

mine was also on 4/23. isn't it amazing how we think now? before surgery, if someone would have asked us whether we'd be happy losing 40 lbs in 7 weeks, we would be jumping up and down happy. now that 80% of our stomachs have been ripped from us, we want it all off NOW!!! :)

i'm with you though. the scale hasn't moved in 5 days and i'm pissed!!

Happy to say that the scale finally is moving, moving slowly but it is moving!!!

Was sleeved on 4/26

starting weight 216

current weight 178

wl 38 lbs!!!

I have never lost more than 20 with any of the MANY diets I've been on. I can finally say that I weigh the same as I did in high school. Here's to the next 40 or 50 lbs!!!

  • 6 months later...

How are all you doing now?!?! It's been awhile. Life different? Share

Surgery date April 10, 2012. 241 lbs

Current weight 169 lbs
