  1. Yes we are very similar, I am 5'5 and my weight loss this month has been 5lbs. I started to hit the gym in these past 3 weeks and no wieght loss just inches I do alot of cardio and arms. My mom just had lower body lift in Feb and looks Great. She had lap band done three yrs ago. she down from 240 to 165. Worth the money!!!! Thanks for the pep talk

  9. Thank you all for your wonderful stories and help full hints. The only protien and increased water pushed me over my stall! I have losted 4lbs since posting...I also started Zumba, its kicking my ass! But Im not stopping. Lets keep it up April Sleevers!!!!!

  11. I had my surgery 4/2/12. I'm down 31 lbs but today the scale Asia I gained a pound:( I don't understand I am verty good no sugar, eat well, walk every day. Need help for some change ups!!!!

  15. I'm 6 weeks out and finally had a Tall lite carmel Frape. It took me over an to drink but lots of water for the rest of the day! I felt a bit guilty though.
  16. Hi don't be disappointed! You are doing great...just mix up your menu (mushy). Eat some whole wheat crackers with your beans, or mash up 1/2 avacado on rice chips(must chew well). And increase your walking. I walk two - three times around my street..slow. And of course water, water, water!!!! I can't stress it enough! Hope this helps...chin up cause you are on the right track;)
  17. I was sleeved on 4/2 and down 26lbs. I had a depression day the first week of my surgery. But I can't waist my time on that pitty party. I eat mushy food like refried beans with cheese, avocado on rice chips and very lean turkey meat. Drink fluids like its your job=NO headaches. I enjoy Sobe water 0 caleries, no sugar. I have to alternate my water or it gets toooo boring. I drink one to two protein shakes a day I use baratric fusion. I really like the way it teaste. Good luck on your journey and continue to push ahead:)
