Blood Clots

I'm worried about blood clots. I've been walking a lot lot but today i haven't walked as much because i just got home took a shower and that was exhousting. I plan to get back on the ball tomorrow, but do you think one day of only a few walks will cause blood clots?

i think you will be fine :) i was walking all around in the hospital and towards the end of the stay i was not taking any more shots for clotting as long as u move around u should be ok

Just keep moving. My clots pre-op were from inactivity. Try to get in 30 minutes of movement per day, with at least two or three minutes of moving around per hour. I took a 3,000 mile driving trip in October after surgery in August. My doctor recommended that I get out of the car at least every hour and walk around. No clots. :)
