Do a site search (upper right corner on web browser) for head hunger. Just because our stomach shrunk, doesn't mean our brain knows that.

I experienced a lot of head hunger too post-op. We just have to readjust to our new eating habits. It took me awhile, but I no longer feel the urge to eat large quantities of food. I am satisfied with my small portions now.

How far are you post-op?
