I eat tuna, Tyson 98%fat free chicken in a can, tilapia, eggs, chili, cheese and veggies. I stay away from dairy and I keep my carbs below 25 a day. I eat turkey on occasion too. It just depends on the day and what I have.

How do you make it? Do you just put mayo and make it into a salad? Sorry for the question it's just I don't really know how to cook and plan on learning now that I am sleeved

The tuna and chicken I sometimes put light mayo and mustard in but not all the time. Sometimes I just eat it from the can. The tilapia I bake in the oven with some lemon pepper and a slice of lemon.

Wow! You look great! Congratulations!!! And with 6 children, you manage to work out 5 days a week??? Well, there goes any possible excuse for not getting my workouts in! lol Thanks for sharing.
