  3. 12/13 started at 260 now 212. That's 48. Knees feel much better. Bad part is that all my pants fall down and I need to buy new belts. Love it!!
  4. Me too please. Tired of Greek yogurt and soups.
  5. I am 2 weeks post op. I have lost 40 lbs. I feel good. Getting tired of drinking shakes. Order them before your surgery. I like the "Pure Protein Shake". Get them on Amazon. Start counting your protean. Look at labels. Always choose more protean and less sugar. I start on blended food this Friday. I am 59 mext month and am doing fine. Go for it. It will let you live longer.
  6. Great job. I hope everyone does as well.
  7. Great progress. You can really see the difference.
  8. Great to hear your are going home. I get sleeved Dec 13. Your story gives me more confidence.
  9. I have been on the liquid diet for 5 days now. I am drinking shakes and having broth and Jello in between. I am not going to weigh myself until the day of surgery. Dec 13. I have not cheated except to lick the pizza cutter after cutting my wife's pizza. The hardest time was getting a subway sandwich for my wife. It all smelled so good. What is everyone eating 6 months after the sleeve. The information packet says no salt, corn, potatoes, or anything with seeds. I understand low carb, but you must be able to have a little now and then. I can't believe anyone really avoids all those items. I would think you just use a little. Change to no fat mayo...
  10. Glad you survived! Life should just keep getting better and better from now on. I start my pre-op diet on the 26th.
  11. I start my pre-op on the 26th. I haven't seen the menu yet. I hope I can still drink beer. Stopping alcohol will be harder then food I think.
