Sweet

Am having a small craving for something sweet. This is a first since surg in mid march. Any suggestions on a sweet treat that won't derail my day.?

Scoop of peanut butter with some whipped cream is what does it for me.

sugar free pudding does it for me.

tablespoon of peanut butter is perfect for me...but if you don't like peanut butter get anything sugar free :)

sugar free jello, pudding or popsicles

I bought some frozen greek yogurt and that has been doing the trick for me. I Only can eat a few bits of it.
