Sleeved April 24th. Lost 10 lbs my first week and ONE POUND this week. I can't plateau this early!! I'm still 100lbs away from goal. :( anyone have anything similar happen to them?

I'm still on just liquids. This was uber disappointing to say the least.

Oh my you are still healing! No worries the weight will come off. In 9 months you will be like "I'm at goal, why was I even worried!"

Yes you should be getting protein with your liquids, protein shakes
