Try drinking decaf tea, Water with mio drops or crystal lite mixed in, or decaf coffee. All good sources of hydration without being straight water. Are you on an acid reducer? If not, talk to your doctor about starting one.

Good luck! This too shall pass.

I had the same issue. Also made me nauseous. Not sure why but I added crstal light and was able to drink more. ????

Also, it DOES get better later. I can drink any water now

Because my Protein is so high Water tastes a bit metallic for me. Splenda gives me headaches so I use Crystal Light PURE (truvia) and Vitamin Water Zero.

Also you may be trying to drink too fast.... I have to think about it especially at the gym when I want to gulp.

I'm not getting nausea, but anything I drink causes stomach cramps, even water. It almost feels like a contraction. Hoping it will get better in the next few days. It makes me not want to drink anything.
