Average Wait On Bcbs?

So I got approved from United Healthcare at the end of April, now I'm waiting on BCBS TX. The office sent in all my paperwork to BCBS on 5/3/12. Anyone have experience with BCBS TX and how long it usually takes? I'll get to schedule my surgery as soon as we get an answer! I'm waiting {notso} patiently. Haha

    Empire BCBS made me wait the full 30 days, three different times (90 days total) and then still denied me and said wait ANOTHER 6 MONTHS and re submit. Lol but my situation is different from a lot of others, so hopefully it won't be like that for you...

    I have empire bcbs and my dr submitted it last Thursday. There is not a required diet and if you meet the BMI standards and have psych eval, then you should be golden. Now im waiting to hear from them. Hoping it won't be 30 days. I was told a few days to a week.
