Extreme Caffiene

I just realized that this lemonade slurpie I just ate had no protein and as much caffiene as 4 cups of coffee. It was so delicious... I am so upset I just assumed it was goods for me since I was sugar free. Smh

What's the problem with caffiene? Why can't we have it?

Lemonade with caffeine? Was it an AMP slurpee?

Caffeine promotes hunger and causes dehydration. You can have it but most Drs recommend avoiding it for at least 30days post op and then only in moderation.

You need so much fluid not to get dehydrated. Caffeine dehydrates, so then you have to consume even MORE fluid to counteract it.
