I have Zumba for my Wii and I just started. I try to do 3-4 songs at a time. My surgery was April 16th.

I would start slow and ease your way into it. Just listen to your body, it should let you know if it is too soon. I love zumba =)

Zumba can be intense. Start slow and eae into it. I love zumba

I bought this yesterday but haven't opened it up yet. Worth keeping?

I also ordered one called Active Life Explorer. I've had this dang Wii for like 4 years, and except for maybe 3 times, we've only ever used it as a Netflix receiver. It's pretty bad that I need to be in front of the TV to work out. ;)

so I bought zumba last week and have done it 3 times since it arrived. I am only on the step by step video and at first I was only able to get thru half of it. Today I did the whole video. Not as enthusiastic as them but I did it. Tommow I start on that actual video !!!

I did two classes this week, I didn't like the first instructor but the second instructor today wow. I couldn't do everything but I broke a sweat and I feel it in my body lol. Kicked my ass in a good way, I did notice though that drinking Water and moving makes me have nausea so that may be an issue. It was like getting motion sickness after drinking water lol. But other than that I'm pretty good. Figured I'd start small and just stick to two classes a week or at least one and build up.
